On 7th May, 2014, a quiz was organized in the school auditorium on the topic ‘The Changing Environment’. The 4 teams represented the 4 Houses of our school. The first round was on the important days related to the environment e.g. Earth Day, Water Day etc. The second round was on ozone layer, which is a burning topic these days. The third round was on arsenic poisoning. The fourth round was on Biology related topics pertaining to environmental pollution and diseases caused by them. The fifth round was on important definitions of important terms related to environmental issues.
The participants and the audience were equally enthusiastic. Not only did the event help the students to have a good quizzing session but helped them gain awareness regarding the changing environment.
